Join our monthly Prayer Walk as we petition God in heaven to intervene against sin and violence in our city.
The Prayer Walk is a prayer ministry led by a group of pastors in our city. The group is called the Concerned Faith Leaders of Philadelphia. In conjunction with the Philadelphia Police Department, each month we target the areas of highest violent crime in the 15th Police District , the district in which our ministries are located. We gather at a designated location & walk a pre-determined route interceding with prayer to Almighty God for His intervention to stop the violence, to usher in the peace only He can provide, to touch the hearts of the people whose lives have been affected by the violence & for His salvation of their souls.
Our Prayer Walks will usually be held on the 3rd weekend of each month unless otherwise noted. Beginning in the spring we hold the Prayer Walk on Friday evenings. When it gets dark earlier in the evening (late fall) the Prayer Walk is held on Saturday mornings.
Locations vary & will be announced as they are identified. The date & location will be confirmed and posted here one week prior to each month's Prayer Walk.
